I offer individual counseling for clients 18+ to address depression, anxiety, moral injury, work stress, and other common issues. I also see couples for marital, dating, and premarital counseling.

Sessions are $130 for a 50-minute session

You can expect a warm, committed advocate, but I am also going to be straightforward. I am going to hold you accountable, but also give you grace when you need it.

I do not believe counseling is a “forever thing” for most people, and my goal is ultimately to equip you to live the life you want to live on your own.

It depends on what you mean. Can I incorporate the Bible and faith into our sessions? Sure, if that is something you want.

However, I am not a “Biblical” or “nouthetic” counselor, meaning I do not use the Bible as my primary source of direction in counseling. If this is what you are looking for, please see your religious leaders.
